Our work depends on Program Analyst Senior joining our team to evaluate the contracts current financial, travel and daily operations to analyze their cost and efficiency. Expected to assist in developing project plans and ensuring their timely completion. Analyzing an organization’s large data sets to provide actionable insights, manage budgeting and conducting financial analysis and recommending process improvements to increase a business’s efficiency. HOW A PROGRAM ANALYST SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACTPerform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of management initiatives to include development, implementation, execution and closure of applicable projects/taskings. Develops plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitors tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s). Participate with task leads, managers and program management to monitor essential milestones to insure contractual/project requirements are met.
Ensure completeness and accuracy of current progression status and critical path implications. Extract or compile data from supporting financial management systems to provide managers with summaries or reports. Receive, process, and maintain accurate travel requests and associated funding. Maintain copies of all completed Trip Reports; compile and maintain a summary of all long-distance travel including, but not limited to, the name of the employee, location of travel, duration of trip, and Point of Contact (POC) at travel location.
