Wargaming Support team is seeking a
Warfare Facilitator with expertise in Fleet Synthetic Training to join their team in
San Diego, CA.The Wargaming Support team provides dynamic, quality afloat training to Navy and Marine Corps Sailors and Marines to ensure a combat ready force capable of performing a broad spectrum of maritime missions. Special emphasis is placed on training Carrier and Expeditionary Strike Groups and Amphibious Squadrons staffs and their supporting forces prior to a deployment to ensure they are combat ready.
Duties include:
- Scenario development, scripting, and role playing experience
- Curriculum development and instruction
Required Qualifications:
- BS degree; additional years or specific military experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- 10 years Naval Warfare Tactical SME experience planning and executing real-world or simulated warfare and employment of units
- Experience as a Naval Officer or Chief Petty Officer or equivalent Qualification as TAO or aircraft mission commander or Information Operations Watch Officer or equivalent warfare area qualification
- Experience developing and executing tactical team training
- Equivalent civilian naval wargaming SME experience is an acceptable offset for years of experience
- Secret Clearance

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
