Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalency.
1 year material handling or manufacturing experience.
Willingness and ability to use basic hand tools and measuring devices (rulers, tape measures, etc.)
Willingness and ability to use basic computer applications.
Basic understanding of process instructions.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations (addition, subtraction, etc.) and metric conversions (i.e. scale conversions).

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
Perform intermediate oracle transactions and associated order paperwork.
Possess specific knowledge in area of department.
Separate parts according to work order instructions for delivery to manufacturing.
Special handling of parts with cure date / shelf life/ expire dates.
Process scrap tickets for the area.
Research & correct inventory variances.
Track consumable supply inventory (i.e. – boxes, bags, packing material, etc.).
Must be comfortable multi-tasking and working within deadlines.
Receive guidance from higher level employees.
Cross train other employees as needed based upon knowledge and experience.
Compliantly complete all written and / or electronic labor tracking documentation.
Keep all shift operators informed of special problems involving operation or set up.
Communicate with team to ensure all team members are aware of new processes and/or issues.
Work extended and flexible hours as needed to support business needs including working weekends and / or extended shifts.
Report problems to appropriate resource and/or Coach/Team Leaders.
Proactively work to improve efficiency and quality of products.
Participate in and support team initiatives.
Utilize proper PPE, safety equipment, and follow safety procedures per position requirements.
Understand and abides by the GE Leadership behaviors.

The pay for this position is $19/hour. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on a percentage of your base salary/ commission based on the plan.
