Essential Responsibilities:
Ensure quality of parts meet specification requirements
Ensure proper work clearance, correctness and completeness
Prevent non-conforming parts from proceeding to the next work station
Provide support to Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers for evaluations, audits related activities
Collect data, feedback on the quality of parts inspected to the Manufacturing Engineers and Quality System Engineers
Perform visual & dimensional inspections, and set area management of the parts
Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks
Qualifications/Requirements:
Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering
Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English.
Desired Characteristics:
Preferably with CAAS Air Legislation Paper L11 or L12 or C14
Knowledge of flaws and defects
Ability to use precision measuring instruments
Ability to comprehend blue print
QC experience in repair of aircraft engine components
Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
