As a STNA you will...

• Provide personal care assistance/services as required or instructed
• Observe and report any changes in resident’s physical/emotional condition to the licensed nurse
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents, visitors, and co-workers
• Attend a minimum of 12 annual hours of in-service education
• Promote and respect the dignity and well-being of each resident and their family

As a Weekend Warrior you will...

• Weekend Warrior STNA associates may work 8 or 12 hour shifts as needed by the organization and approved by the nursing manager.
• Weekend Warrior STNA associates may agree upon hire to either two or three weekend days per week. 
• Weekend Warrior STNA shifts can occur between the hours of 11pm on Friday and 7am on Monday.
• All Weekend Warrior STNA associates are required to work 3 out of the 4 or 5 weekends per month. Should they choose to want to work days during the 4th week of the month, they will need to make arrangements with our Staffing Coordinator or Director of Nursing.

Weekend Warrior STNA Shift Differentials (on top of base wage):
1st shift: Weekend differential of $3.00

2nd shift: Weekend differential of $6.00

3rd shift: Weekend differential of $5.00

We are currently looking for STNA's (State Tested Nursing Assistants) to join our team! To qualify you need a:

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification
• One year of caregiving experience (preferred)
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
• Must enjoy working as part of a team
