The Village at Victory Lakes, a part of Franciscan Ministries, is hiring a Receptionist for our Assited Living Facility; who is customer and patient focused and wants to be a part of a Healthcare company whose mission is to celebrate life and serve with joy. Experience in a Senior Living organization is a plus.  We are currently hiring part-time receptionists.

Hours available: 

• Shift: Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm

Location: The Village at Victory Lakes, 1065 Victory Dr Ave, Lindenhurst, IL 60046

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Professionally greet visitors and assist residents with their questions or needs; while still maintaining the resident’s rights to confidentiality.
• Answer multi-line telephone, transfer calls, messages to appropriate personnel.
• Daily mail and package distribution to residents and staff.
• Promote a team environment within the department and facility.
• Participates in all required in-services and/or department meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Organized, and likes working in fast paced environment.

Required skills and qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent Degree
• Two years of experience in administrative / reception work
• Must enjoy working with the senior population
