What will you work on?
-Tracking, updating, and posting advertisements on a regular basis
-Transcribing meeting minutes and immigration video interviews
-Processing police certificate applications, and ETAs
-Updating and reviewing case files on a regular basis
-Liaising with different teams to enhance the foreign worker experience and assisting with the landing-into-Canada process
-Completing and submitting work permit and permanent residency forms
-Completing and submitting LMIA applications
-Assisting the immigration team in compiling documents and preparing foreign workers for landing in Canada and moving their family members
-Tracking and analyzing work hours for foreign workers on a monthly basis
Who are we looking for?
-Licensed by ICCRC, or Equivalent
-Knowledge of the Canadian immigration process
-Excellent communication, organization and multi-tasking skills
-Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
-Excellent MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint skills
-Superior attention to detail & organizational skills
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Strong research abilities to answer inquires effectively and in a timely manner
