This is a hybrid role, with the expectation that time working will regularly take place inside and outside of a company office in Raleigh, NC.

Responsibilities:As an E-Discovery Attorney within our Legal Department, you will be the point of contact for e-Discovery matters (as a practitioner). You will execute project plans for each stage of the EDRM, collaborate with clients and technology providers to leverage advanced technologies in the e-Discovery platform, implement custom workflows to reduce costs and enhance speed-to-evidence for clients, work closely with e-Discovery vendor and national e-Discovery counsel on ESI protocols, Protective Orders, review protocols, training guides and review workflows, provide internal and/or external review teams with necessary feedback and guidance to deliver industry leading speed and accuracy, train to foster a collaborative team environment that identifies and solves problems. You will also manage a variety of litigation and pre-litigation matters, and assist with investigations, respond to subpoenas, requests for information and other court-related documents.
Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) and Bachelor’s Degrees from accredited institutions and at least five (5) years of post-JD legal/litigation experience.
