This position is responsible for the leadership and management governing Corporate Real Estate construction projects and other programs across the Bank. Oversees design and implementation of programmatic governance and controls for complex, strategic coordination of multiple projects within an initiative in order to achieve business goals, including management of overall scope, cost, staffing, reporting and performance. Supervises the work of assigned staff, providing leadership, direction, and mentoring. Evaluates program effectiveness and delivers tactical insight through reporting to senior management and other key stakeholders.

• Program Management - Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives. Manages governance, controls, planning, schedule, resources, reporting and risk. Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary, to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program. Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to the appropriate parties.
• Business Strategy - Collaborates with business units and senior executives to understand Bank needs, aligning the goals and purpose of programs and projects to wider strategic objectives. Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning.
• Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve program and project goals. Makes appropriate changes to policies, procedures, and efficiencies in order to meet objectives.
• Relationship Development - Develops influential relationships with vendors, business leaders, and other key stakeholders in support of program success. Oversees vendor selection, negotiations, issues resolution, and ongoing relationship management for assigned initiatives.

The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $125,870 to $218,174 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Real Estate Project management or Program management

High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Corporate/Commercial Project management or Program management

License or Certification Type: PMP certification preferred, PgMP certification preferred

Required Qualifications: 

• Corporate Real Estate Project Management Office experience 
• Experience leading and developing governance and control projects 
• Financial Service experience, understanding of CRE impact on financial statements 
• Change management experience 
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize 
• Ability to implement a proactive approach 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
