This is a remote role that may only be hired in the following locations: NC, MN
This position supports the design, implementation, and management of compensation programs for the Human Resources (HR) department of the Bank. Responsible for daily administration of the department's systems and support for other compensation structures. Determines business needs and facilitates incentive planning. Collaborates with business leadership and HR partners to ensure compensation efforts are competitive, effective, and compliant with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Compensation or Sales Incentives OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Compensation or Sales Incentives
Preferred License or Certification Type: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
Preferred Skills: Knowledge of concepts, practices, and procedures in HR and in Compensation, Understanding of design and analysis of variable pay programs, including incentive, commission and bonus plans
Preferred education: Advanced degree in Human Resources or Business
Preferred experience: 10+ years of experience in a compensation role within a Large Financial Institution
