Overview:
This is a Lead Operations Compliance Processor position on the Court Liaison team. This position will be working with the Court Liaison Supervisor and will be responsible for training, assisting with writing procedures, assisting with coaching the associates and speaking directly with external agencies (i.e. US attorney’s office, Homeland Security, etc). This position may perform negotiations for data requests and timing. This position will also work closely with the legal team. This position supports the compliance, accuracy, and maintenance of the Bank's information reporting systems at a high level of complexity. Leads and coordinates the daily workflow. Complies with government agency or other company requests for client information such as account verifications. Resolves escalated issues related to data integrity. Assists management in distributing work, evaluating performance, and training less experienced specialists. Participates in audits and special projects. Ensures regulatory compliance and accurate reporting by reviewing business processes, documentation, systems, and accounts.
Responsibilities:
- Review - Leads the daily maintenance and review of information reporting systems. Ensures all information or supporting documentation is present and correct, that accounts are properly set up, and that access is monitored. Maintains the department's internal controls through monthly audits. Provides assistance to internal and external audits or reviews.
- Reporting - Compiles information in response to requests from Social Security Administration, Medicare, Medicaid, the IRS, and other companies and agencies. Sources and provides all necessary documentation to both clients and agencies.
- Business Support - Coordinates and leads all tasks pertaining to Deposits Regulatory Operations. Ensures high standards of client service, support, and communication throughout account and compliance activity. Monitors associate performance and recommends additional training to management. Assists in creating spreadsheets, audit tools, or other references for the work group.
- Compliance Proficiency - Maintains a strong knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, agencies, and policies as well as appropriate actions to ensure compliance. Conduct small training or review sessions as related to deposits, IRS reporting, CIS standards, Unclaimed Property issues, or new developments.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 1 years of experience in Financial Services OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in Financial Services
Skill(s): Knowledge of bank operations and regulatory or legal environments

- Experience with legal requests preferred
- Experience in leadership positions
