This position will primally support the Merchant Services Area along with other business areas as needed based on enterprise objectives and goals. Ideal candidate will have experience working with Software as a Service (SaaS) applications with both users and technical staff in team-oriented environment. Ideal candidate will analyze, research and document requirements based on banks SDLC guidelines from stakeholders to ensure satisfaction. Planning and executing detailed system requirement phases and identifying, tracking, and resolving business systems issues are some of the activities this role will partake in. Work with Vendors to ensure all updates and enhancements are tested in a timely manner along with ensuring that the necessary documentation is maintained for audit and IT Compliance.
Responsibilities:Preferred: Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis or High School Diploma or GED and 8 years of experience in Business/Systems Analysis
Desired Skills: Required Applications: Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Project.
Plus skill: Experience with database reporting tools such as PowerBi, DB Visualizer, SQL Server Management Studio.
