This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States.
The Manager Performance Analytics role is responsible for data oversight for Community Association Banking ("CAB") portfolios including client insights, marketing data, financial reporting, and internal and external data management. This is a managerial role, leading a small team and responsible for monitoring team performance and implementing process improvements that enhance efficiency within business initiatives. Develops scorecards, financial analytics, and models to measure sales or operational performance. Reports on historic trends and builds predictive models to project future results. Works closely with leadership, partners, and line of business owners to aid coaching and performance tracking. Provides expert analytical guidance and recommendations to executive leadership regarding planning and implementation of the Bank’s strategies and objectives to meet financial growth projections.
Responsibilities:Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 8 years’ experience in Statistical Analysis or Information Technology in the Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 12 years’ experience in Statistical Analysis or Information Technology in the Financial Services industry

If hired in Arizona, the base pay for this position is generally between $136,347 and $184,470. If hired in California, the base pay for this position is generally between $148,742 and $201,240. If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $123,952 and $167,700. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
