Job Description
About this role:CORE Private Exchange is Epsilon's programmatic exchange platform that enables publishers to directly connect to Epsilon and Publicis demand. The Publisher Business Development role is responsible for establishing strategic partnerships with web, app and CTV supply partners as well as working with them on the implementation of Epsilon publisher identity solutions. As a Publisher Business Development Rep, you are responsible for the complete sales cycle including prospecting, contract negotiation, integration and overall ensuring successful long-term relationships by achieving long term publisher monetization goals.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, develop and close new relationships for CPE with a focus on large scale, high quality direct publishers
- Clearly understand and communicate the benefits of CORE Private Exchange (CPE) and various solution sets that will establish strong, long-term relationships
- Successfully negotiate contract terms with publisher
- Maintain a clear understanding of publisher goals and communicate business trends that drive product development
- Collaborate with internal teams/stakeholders cross functionally to identify new solutions that will improve our publisher offering and grow new publisher partnerships
- Proactively identify new revenue opportunities that support changing publisher business needs
- Work closely with the Media Development team to ensure continued success and growth of publisher accounts
Requirements:
- Min 2 years of online advertising experience with 1-2 years of experience in digital/publisher sales.
- Established relationships with digital Publishers
- Experience in negotiating publisher contracts
- Experience in closing new business on a consistent basis to meet quarterly revenue objectives
- Strong analytical, sales and written skills
- Well-developed communication and presentation skills
- A clear understanding of Digital Media as it relates to web, app, Display, and CTV supply
- Strong understanding of publisher monetization goals
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and able to handle multiple tasks while working in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of marketplace trends, competitors, and related technologies including SSPs, DSPs, DMPs
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Some travel required
