Job DescriptionThe Senior Vice President of Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) will be a hands-on HR leader who has impeccable partnering skills and a drive to work hand and hand with our HR Centers of Excellence (TA, Total Rewards, L&OD). They will have an emphasis on providing strategic and executional leadership by articulating HR needs and plans to the executive management team. Reporting to the organization's Chief Talent Officer, the SVP, HRBPs will work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic solutions that enhance culture and engagement in alignment with the growing organization's needs. They will also advise the leadership team on the full range of human capital management and effectively implement strategies/action steps for new or improved programs, policies, and processes to affect defined organizational outcomes and mitigate risk.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HRBP function.
- Lead a team of ~25 global HR business partner professionals.
- Oversee and coordinate HR operations for North America, EMEA, and LATAM regions, while also providing strategic guidance and support to the APAC region
- Ensure consistent HR policies and practices across all regions, while considering regional differences and requirements.
- Collaborate with leaders and HR COEs to develop and integrate workforce planning and analysis, talent acquisition, learning and development, performance management, professional development, succession planning and rewards.
- Develop and implement global HR strategies, approaches, and policies, continually making recommendations to ensure that HR programs are aligned with the overall organizational strategy while driving employee performance.
- Play a role of strategic business advisor and consultant to the executive of each business regarding key organizational and management opportunities.
- Develops, implements, and monitors strategies aimed at maintaining a healthy workplace culture including strategies, programs and initiatives related to employee communications, engagement, and relations across and inclusive of all the organization's programs and offices.
- Proactively drives effective employee communications in partnership with the leadership team and corporate communications.
What Skills You Need:
- 12+ years of proven experience leading an Human Resources Business Partner function in a fast pace and high impact culture.
- Some experience managing other HR COEs - Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, HR Programs & Operations, Compensation, and DE&I.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies in a multinational corporation, with a deep understanding of differing regional HR requirements, legalities, and cultural sensitivities.
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives that drive employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Need to be a change agent with the ability to lead Organizational Change Management activities, drive sustained change, and adapt to new situations.
- Proven track record in leadership development, building high-performing teams, assessing gaps, and building leadership and organization capability.
- Strong collaboration skills to effectively build alignment with Executive Leadership and teams on the talent management strategies needed to support business KPI's.
- Must bring a strong business maturity - with an understanding of the business and ability to provide input on topics beyond HR.
- Demonstrated, advanced knowledge of leading and proven human resources principles and practices including talent management, organizational development, succession planning, DE&I, performance management, labor relations, employee communications, with demonstrated knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing these areas.
