Job DescriptionAs part of Epsilon's market-leading Consulting team, you will contribute to and lead work with Fortune 500 companies to help them optimize paid marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on Paid Search. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work across vertical markets and clients. (Never a dull moment). You will help world-class clients gain unique insights into their overall performance and help them use these insights to drive better marketing ROAS and optimize their overall programs. In addition, you will be part of the new business team pitching new clients and opportunities. This team believes in a consumer-centric approach, is client obsessed, collaborative and loves having fun. We are a diverse team with different backgrounds and experiences and looking for someone who is energetic, creative, analytical and collaborative to add to our team of Digital Mavens. To ensure success we need you to be paid search obsessed. You should be experienced at designing, buying, and managing paid search marketing campaigns for businesses. We need you to be strategic but also able to roll-up your sleeves and be hands-on. As a top-notch paid search specialist, you should be able to identify key audiences and unique opportunities to optimize programs and convert consumers for our clients. You will be naturally inquisitive staying on top of trends, new tools, and strategies. Additionally, you will need to be able to think across paid and organic channels for an omni-channel approach.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of professional experience with at least five in Paid Search
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills required
- Experience with consulting projects in interactive marketing, including paid search strategy
- Have 2+ years of managing a team of two or more people
- Experience working on projects in other digital channels - social, online media, affiliate, email, mobile etc.
- Superb communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.
- Successful track record in building and presenting strategic paid media programs, recommendations/tactics for clients and effectively executing programs
- Ability to translate paid media platforms, technologies, and metrics into succinct, compelling, conversational language for a variety of audiences
- Certified in Google AdWords Search Advertising is required, additional Google certifications are a plus
- Collaborative mindset and a team player.

- Driven to achieve results and make an impact.
- Flexible in working style as you could work on projects outside of paid social with different teams and markets
Responsibilities
- Brainstorming ideas for marketing campaigns and paid advertising.
- Creating and managing search engine marketing campaigns.
- Defining campaign budgets, aligning campaign goals, and ensuring adherence to search optimization principles.
- Identifying and presenting new avenues of paid advertising to clients.
- Lead consulting engagements that derive insight and provide recommendations to clients on how to improve marketing performance
- Work with industry consultants, peer groups, and client teams to cross-sell and up-sell existing clients and identify new business opportunities
- Provide quantitative and strategic marketing consulting services to new and existing clients
- Perform ongoing program and competitive audits
- Advise on process and program integration plans between paid and owned channels (how do we make paid work smarter and not cannibalize other channels)
- Continually grow understanding and knowledge of client business and their competitive environment; apply learnings in preparing and presenting program recommendations
- Execute tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROAS in paid campaigns
- Manage performance and ad spend budgets for multiple large campaigns at any given time
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Evaluate emerging trends and technologies. Provide thought leadership and insightful POV's when appropriate
- Develop close relationships with clients and with internal stakeholders
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops with sensitivity to client and team needs
- Up to 30% travel
Salary: $135,000.00
