Job DescriptionA Client Growth position - Delivers revenue for book of client accounts to meet or exceed quota. Builds project requirements and communicates them for project execution. Ensures that the client is satisfied with company projects and services. Manages client relationship. Works closely with client to build strong relationship. Travel and in person client meetings are required. Works to meet/exceed client expectations and provides products and services to client in such a way to ensure 100% client retention and client reference-ability to aid in the sales effort. Serves as an escalation point for the client to resolve any issues and is the communication channel for internal support teams to handle any concerns with the client. In the Epsilon Verticalized Environment, create cross sells/up sells opportunities, including identifying, developing, and closing business deals across Epsilon Digital, Tech, and Data. Ensures that schedules and budgets are met according to contractual agreements. Works with client to cultivate future projects and qualify new opportunities. Develops plans to sell strategic products in assigned territory/book of accounts. Consults with other team members, such as project management, product development, or customer support, to be sure mutual objectives are met. Submits proposals and makes presentations to clients. Develops value propositions for all solutions. Follows pricing guidelines to hit margins and develops terms for projects. Completes contract negotiation. Consults with Product Management and/or Data Strategy team to complete pricing and terms. Manages legal process for new opportunities. Project manages the workflow to complete contracts across all legal teams. Prepares accurate and timely account level forecasting at a detailed level by client, by product/solution by month/quarter/year. Builds strategic account plans and identify pipeline/gap plan of opportunities that outline path to grow accounts and achieve or exceed quota. Participate in company training (sales, product, professional). Complete required training work in Allego and Career Destination. Ongoing learning of Epsilon solutions along with ability to position solution benefits and outcomes in a sales environment.
- Demonstrates consultative selling skills in client meetings (probes, listens, closes, understands client budgets etc.).
- Able to identify cross-company solutions in a verticalized environment. Able to present the unified message.
- Able to identify and a create data strategy for all marketing channels and marketing needs. Owns the process to close the opportunities.
- Superior communications skills. Able to communicate the benefit and outcomes of Epsilon solutions.
- Able to develop strong relationships with internal team members in support roles and other business units.
- Able to manage a book of accounts that are highly penetrated in our core products.
- Able to present to client at executive level.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Able to identify and resolve client issues.
- Able to negotiate and manage conflict, and manage customer concerns before cause disappointment, dissatisfaction, or frustration for the customer.
- Requires 4-7 years of related experience.
- Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Experience selling into Tech / Media / Telco highly preferred.
- Quota based role - a seasoned, experienced client growth professional with a full understanding of area of specialization; closes opportunities and resolves a wide range of issues in creative ways. This job is the fully qualified, career-oriented, journey-level position.
- Focus on projects of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise.
- Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. May oversee the work of others. Requires some supervision.
