Job DescriptionThe Epsilon Data Practice has industry leading data which we use to uncover insights for our clients and develop audiences for targeted marketing programs across all channels. This new role will work with teams in Data, Marketing and Sales to drive and support increased marketing activity, including content development, custom research, events and vertical specific sales materials. We require someone who is self-motivated, eager to tackle multiple projects, articulate and ready to work with many different types of people and teams.Role
- Understand the positioning and key benefits of all Epsilon Data products.
- Work with lead Product Managers and Sales to gather ideas for content.
- Project manage all deliverables to Marketing and Sales for content and collateral.
- Drive development of thought leadership pieces and associated research working in conjunction with VP Product, Marketing and Consumer Insights team.
- Drive development of content to support lead generation activities including emails, newsletter, blogs and social posts.
- Support development of vertical specific materials across all Epsilon Data products with marketing and VP Product.
- Track key metrics by campaigns and activity with Marketing to establish norms and best practices for Data marketing.
- Work in collaboration with product team, marketing team and sales teams.
- Track marketing spend budgets in conjunction with Marketing team.
Accountabilities
- Project management of dependencies to deliver assets on marketing calendar with Data Product, Sales and Consumer Insights team inputs with Marketing partners.
- Drive creation of vertical specific sales materials and positioning.
- Create scorecard of key KPI's and results for campaigns.
- Able to collect, understand and interpret data from research and Epsilon Data assets.
- Able to complete successful projects that are on schedule and receive high satisfaction results
- Able to function in both a self-motivated and team environment.
- Able to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
- Creative thinking for content, positioning and client/market facing materials.
Requirements
- Bachelors university business degree
- 3 - 5 years work experience, preferably in the marketing/ advertising industry
- High attention to detail
- Organization and project mgmt skills
- Exceptional communication & presentation skills
- Problem solving skills - strong tactical skills, building towards strategic problem-solving
- Independence and initiative
- Team player
- Able to prioritize work, and shift priorities as needed to meet aggressive deadlines and milestones.
- Advanced Excel and Powerpoint skills.
