Job DescriptionHow You'll Make an ImpactEpsilon is seeking a Training Coordinator to join the Learning and Development team. As a Training Coordinator, you will support L&OD in training and communication with Epsilon's employees to enrich their professional development. The Training Coordinator will report to the Director of Training and work closely with the L&OD team including teammates, external vendors, training leaders, and various departments across Epsilon including functional Human Resources teams (Learning & Development, New Hire Onboarding, etc.) The Training Specialist will serve as a Learning Management System (LMS) expert and Enterprise Programs SME. You will maintain relationships with training vendors with the ability to interact with a multitude of employees across business departments from associates to senior leaders!What You'll AchieveAs a Training Coordinator, you will be entrusted to own relationships with program participants, and external vendors, and interact with an LMS system daily. In LMS, you will be tasked to maintain the course catalog and calendar, design and run custom reports, and be a SME on content. You will serve as a main point of contact for program participants in the areas you train, and provide support to the L&OD in content development, marketing and distribution, and communication management. The Training Coordinator maintains relationships with vendors and participants on-site, virtually, or through training events as well as assisting with scheduling, enrolling, and promoting events. You will create and own dashboards and reporting that are shared to showcase the business impact of L&OD! Through this role, you will strengthen skills in organization, communication, and project management.wWho You Are

- Bachelor's degree required
- Strong relationship management skills
- 1-2 years of professional experience with training in a corporate setting
- Experience with Microsoft Office tools (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills required
- Passion for training and development
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
