Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Program Manager with extensive marketing technology delivery and client engagement experience to join our Client Engagement organization. In this role, you will help set up client engagement program management practice establishing multi-product-multi-service delivery models and continuously optimizing client experience in support of profitable growth.Key Responsibilities:
- Support the establishment of the program management practice, setting standards and ensuring they are followed across all programs and initiatives.
- Develop and implement internal and client-facing best practices to ensure superior service delivery.
- Contribute to establishment and success of the continues improvement framework.
- Facilitate operational planning and implement processes to achieve program goals and objectives.
- Leverage technology delivery experience to drive program success, ensuring timeline, value and budget obligations are met.
- Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to create alignment between client needs and the level of service provided.
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans, identifying potential issues and proactively proposing efficient solutions.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting of program status to senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor and control program scope, timeline, cost, risk, and quality.
- Act as a mentor to junior program management staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external and internal clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of industry experience of which 5 years of delivery leadership of complex projects is required.
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar role.
- Exceptional client management skills.
- Extensive technology delivery experience.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying technology delivery methodologies, frameworks, best practices.
- Ability to maximize desired outcomes through culture of support and alignment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software tools.
