Our mission is to help businesses grow their revenue and enhance customer relationships through data-driven strategies.The Senior Client Associate - Non-Profit associate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth within our Non-Profit sector. This is a senior-level position that will be responsible for partnering and supporting our NFP Data team with all aspects of account management, as well as identifying, influencing, and closing deals with clients, utilizing Epsilon's suite of capabilities to exceed sales quotas and drive client success.Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams identify, sell, and fulfill data strategies and support to deliver on key KPI's.
- This includes working with cross-functional partners to build, execute, measure, and review post campaign results with clients.
- Help manage day-to-day client interactions and account activities, both internally and externally.
- Manage and lead sales directly for several strategic Non-Profit Clients.
- Build, recommend, and optimize data solutions with external broker and agency partners.
- Utilize strong business acumen to uncover client needs and position Epsilon solutions as strategic tools to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customized sales proposals and solutions tailored to each client's unique requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers in fundraising, marketing, and media departments within client organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of objectives.
- Effectively manage day-to-day client interactions and account activities, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
- 5-7 years of professional experience within the Non-Profit industry.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving revenue/sales goals.
- Ability to understand Non-Profit client objectives and develop data solutions tailored to their needs.
- Comfortable with consultative sales and solution-selling approaches.
- Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills.
- Experience with Non-Profit fundraising and marketing campaign analytic tools and techniques, with a quantitative background preferred.
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
- Team player with a collaborative mindset and demonstrated experience in sales and business development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management software such as Salesforce.com.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel analytics, with the ability to derive insights and tell a compelling story from data.
- Relevant experience in digital media or AdTech is a plus.
