Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive CRM and owned channel strategy to drive customer engagement, retention and customer lifetime value
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build innovative and effective campaign strategies
- Plan and execute content calendars for owned channels ensuring consistent messaging and maximum use of existing channel tactics
- Utilize data and analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize program tactics
- Be a critical thinker, always abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in CRM to continuously drive stronger business outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to grow credibility and trust
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 6+ years in Proven experience CRM, Segmentation, Digital Strategy or related roles
- Critical thinker with the ability to derive insights from data/results and translate those insights into actionable strategies
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas in a simple and succinct way
- Reliable and energetic team member who has the ability to connect with a diverse team on a personal level
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- On-site in Chicago (mix of client and agency office), min of 3 days per week
