Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director, Client Management to lead our efforts in selling data solutions and services to nonprofit organizations. The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, senior-level fundraising expert that enjoys client strategy, networking and needs-based consulting and selling. They will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding nonprofit sector needs, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders in nonprofit organizations and their partner organizations.
- Understand clients' objectives, goals, and challenges to provide tailored data solutions.
- Collaborate with clients to conduct needs assessments and understand their data requirements.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets within the nonprofit sector.
- Identify new opportunities for data sales and expansion within existing accounts.
- Outlines strategic opportunities for the client across all product lines and channels.
- Increase Epsilon Market Share on assigned book of clients.
- Responsible for 100% product penetration within accounts
- Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of our data products and services.
- Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of our data solutions to clients.
- Work closely with internal teams to customize solutions that address client needs.
- Market Awareness:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Provide insights to internal teams for product development and improvement.
- Reporting and Analytics:
- Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Utilize analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Account Revenue generation to achieve assigned revenue quota.
Qualifications:
- Ability to engage and communicate at the C-Suite level with NFP clients and prospects.
- Strong project manager with a demonstrated understanding of complex and lengthy sales cycles and possess the knowledge and ability to manage multiple projects, creating achievable milestones, leveraging internal resources, and delivering meticulous follow-up, JIRA experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders at the NFP organization and/or agency of record.
- Possesses strong understanding of omni-channel fundraising ecosystem. Experience with direct mail, digital, and DR or CTV campaigns preferable. Mobile, Peer-2-Peer and/or other channels also appreciated.
- Has a strong understanding of donor pipelines, segmentation, and donor customer journeys.
- A contributor and thought leader within the fundraising industry who has volunteered their time and/or experience to fundraising trade organizations and associations and/or has contributed to the industry as a webinar or conference speaker.
Requirements:
- Account Ownership - Develop strong relationship with client.

- Manages day-to-day dialogue with client contacts.
- Accurate and timely forecasting in the system.
- Serve as internal liaison to other functional groups.
- Conducts face-to-face and phone client meetings on an on-going basis as needed.
- Travels as appropriate to client size (may be up to 50%).
- Provides follow-up to all meetings within 48 hours.
- Reviews and prioritizes deliverables from each meeting.
- Manage client orders.

- CRM - Client contact and communication system
- Forecasting system
- JIRA
- Demonstrates solutions-oriented consultative sales approach to growing their book of business.
- Initiates pricing incentive recommendations internally and externally to meet annual Epsilon objectives.
- Provides first-level sales management to insure minimum achievement of 100% of quota.
- Leads sales presentations on key accounts with superior communication and good negotiation skills.
- Primary contact within client company
- 8-10 years' top-performer experience in a sale, NFP, selling Data or related area.
