•Shift: 7p-7a. Every other weekend, every other holiday. 3/12's

•MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
•ACLS, BLS
•TNCC and PALS preferred
•2+ years of experience
•Must be able to read and interpret Telemetry independently.
•Trauma center/ large hospital experience strongly preferred
UNIT SPECIFIC:
•34 bed unit with mix of ICU / Intermediate patients.
•6-10 ICU beds, 24 Intermediate beds, but mix can flex depending on hospital acuity
•Very high acuity. In another facility, the intermediate patients would be considered crtitical care patients
•High focus on neuro and thoracic.
•Trachs, vents, tubes, EVDs, Lumbar drains, A-lines, etc.
•Travelers float first
* 4 - 12 hours of orientation
*Ratios: 1:1-2 for ICU assignment / 1:3-4 Intermediate
•400+ bed level I trauma center and magnet hospital.
