GENERAL PURPOSE
Under general supervision, perform a variety of routine and ad-hoc activities to support the operations team. Provide accurate and timely processing of information related to orders, production, shipping, or other business information. Handle the administration of production documentation, including completion, verification, and filing of documents associated with the production process. Offer support with various plant inspections. Serve as a resource for general questions regarding department operations.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Input production data into spreadsheets, databases, and/or systems.
· Maintain production reports, files, and other documents.
· Maintain accurate reconciliation of inventories.
· Provide production reporting.
· Perform various plant related inspections.
· Organize daily paperwork such as make sheets, downtime sheets, operator logs, flux, conductivity, etc.
· Compile necessary data from paperwork and produce production reports.
· Inspect data for discrepancies, investigate discrepancies, and resolve and/or notify supervisor.
· Write and send out production recap emails to appropriate managers and supervisors.
· Provide support to or back up roles in quality support, inventory, accounting, etc.
· Prepare and compile necessary reports for requested audits.
· Assist operations team with daily activities and/or projects.
· Maintain safe working conditions for employees and compliance with all state and federal regulations regarding health and safety issues.
· Follow all DFA good manufacturing practices (GMP) and work in a manner consistent with all company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· 1 to 2 years of operations, administrative, or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
· Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Must be able to work various shifts as needed.
· Knowledge of and skill with Microsoft Office Suite and company computer systems, including spreadsheet skills and knowledge of spreadsheet functions
· Able to perform tasks and duties without constant supervision
