What You Will Do You'll be a true coordinator of Cox Business customers, as you handle the details of projects (new ones, upgrades, downgrades, transfers, and more). You'll collaborate with our sales organization on projects, taking input from customers, converting that input into an order, and getting them set up for installations and other engagements.You'll ensure we have all the proper documentation entered properly while serving as the glue that keeps our sales, engineering, and field partners connected. This means everything from scheduling orders to verifying the accuracy of service codes, pricing, and more. Think of yourself as the sales team's wing person, by their side with orders from the initial sale until the order is submitted.You do all this because of your dedication to our customers. In fact, you'll show up for our customers in a way that makes them feel like they are the only person we're working with, making sure they are satisfied with each step of their journey.All of this, and much more, is done from the comfy confines of your own home office, so we're looking to you to be self-starting, disciplined, and able to juggle the demands of work with the potential distractions of home. Essential Responsibilities & Duties:
- QC Complex Orders: Perform or drive OMS, ICOMS database clean-up task's completion (resolve discrepancies) during the proposal development process to drive greater order accuracy.
- Key Complex Orders in ICOMS from CRM tool: Verify the accuracy of service codes, terms, and pricing in OMS and match OMS service to ICOMS services; enter provisioning details into Order Management System (DTW, DL, Account Codes, etc.).
- Schedule Complex Orders in ICOMS and CRM tool: Coordinate installation dates and times with dispatch and customer, and schedule customer due dates in ICOMS and OMS.
- Field and review customer inquiries, problems, requests, and suggestions and work with the Order Manager(s) to determine appropriate solutions and/or responses.
- Contact the customer to review order details and accuracy and/or request updated documents or signatures.
- Provide support to all Retail sales channels: Correct issues with Order Package/Sales Package (Proposal, Contacts, Forms, etc.)
- Coordinate medium to large and/or moderately complex projects under some supervision.
- Obtain additional Contact Information, as necessary.
- Understands market process variances and abides by processes and regulatory knowledge as needed.
- Understand process variances for state, local, county, and federal Government contracts, and PO management.
- Provides and understands the unique servicing needs of Enterprise customers (i.e., customer-specific ordering forms).
- Communicates relevant information to all internal team members, such as changes in schedule dates.
- High level of professionalism to schedule simple orders with all customer segments, including Gold/Platinum

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a related field; or a high school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a related field; or an AS/AA degree, BS/BA degree or certification in a related discipline with 3 years of experience in a related field.
- Candidates must reside within a one-hour (60 mins) drive to a Cox office.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the telecommunications industry desired
- Works effectively with teams throughout the organization
- Ability to meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
