At Cox, we believe in creating outstanding experiences for our customers. The most amazing part? They're able to do all of this virtually, with minimal supervision! If this sounds like you, you might be a candidate for the job of Cox Business
Order Management Specialist. Stick around...we've got more to share about this inspiring - and challenging - opportunity.
What You'll Do
- You'll be a true coordinator of Cox Business customers, as you handle the details on projects (new ones, upgrades, downgrades, transfers, and more). You'll collaborate with our sales organization on projects, taking input from customers, converting that input into an order, and getting them set up for installations and other engagements.
- You'll ensure we have all the proper documentation entered properly, while serving as the glue that keeps our sales, engineering, and field partners connected. This means everything from scheduling orders to verifying accuracy of service codes, pricing, and more. Think of yourself as the sales teams' wing-person, by their side with orders from the initial sale until the order is submitted.
- You do all this because of your dedication to our customers. In fact, you'll show up for our customers in a way that makes them feel like they are the only person we're working with, making sure they are satisfied with each step of their journey.
- All of this, and much more, is done from the comfy confines of your own home office, so we're looking to you to be self-starting, disciplined, and able to juggle the demands of work with the potential distractions of home. But. hey, you've been doing that for a while now, right?
What's In It For You? At Cox Business, we reward your hard work with meaningful benefits.
- First, we offer a competitive compensation package, 401(k) with a generous company match, comprehensive healthcare, life, and disability benefits, plus numerous other benefits, including adoption assistance, pet insurance, and discounts on travel and cars!
- We value people more than technology. That means you'll work within a culture and with a team that values your experience, your contributions, and you - yes, you - as a person. We believe recognition is important, and Cox Business strives to celebrate those who help make us successful every day. We also encourage diversity and support inclusion; we want you to do you and feel comfortable doing so.
- We also offer boundless opportunities for growth; you can sharpen your skills, learn a new talent, join a mentoring program, even earn an advanced degree. You'll find the potential for lateral or upward career growth within the Cox family businesses, including the innovative startups in transportation mobility, clean tech and more.
