Manager Digital Revenue and Retention-Cox Business The Cox Digital team is seeking a Manager, Digital Revenue & Retention to oversee the day-to-day efforts to drive revenue and customer retention on cox.com. This role is pivotal to helping Cox achieve optimal business results by ensuring efficient management of promotional and retention offers, site merchandising and messaging in support of company objectives. To be successful, you'll need to demonstrate experience running both long and short term projects while also managing internal and external relationships for results.The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging analytics and customer insights to optimize the customer purchase experience on cox.com. Strong communication and analytical thinking skills are required to have the right level of impact and influence. Assists with the planning, development, and execution of integrated, multi-tactical marketing programs responsible for producing revenue growth and enhancing customer retention across the business section of cox.com. Implements new web experiences as required and manages creative execution for current customer merchandising sections of the site.clean tech and more.

- Drives the vision for optimizing customer revenue on cox.com.
- Merges sales acumen with innovative digital marketing for effective up-sells and customer retention.
- Personalizes and manages offers, ensuring optimization across online platforms, chat, and targeted campaigns.
- Is accountable for meeting team performance metrics.
- Upholds best practices in online retention marketing, constantly advancing digital channels to meet Cox's quality standards.
- Guarantees content accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with regulations and privacy.
- Grasps internal/external customer needs, business context, and competition.
- Analyzes consumer behavior to pinpoint trends and revenue opportunities.
- Collaborates with the digital team to synchronize display media and email campaigns.
- Interprets results, offering insights to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Monitors site experience and sales metrics daily, adapting to emerging trends.
- Assists in crafting presentations and reports for business partners and leadership, with regular updates.
- Tests and validates hypotheses for site enhancement.
- Works closely with tech partners to refine site experiences or resolve issues.

Who You Are
Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field (Marketing, Communications, Analytics, Business Administration, etc.). The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a Master's degree and 4 years' of experience; a Ph.D.and 1 year of experience; or 10 years' experience in a related field. (e.g. Technology, Marketing, Process Improvement, etc.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaborative and communication skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization.
- Self-motivated, independent individual who can perform at optimal levels with little guidance.
Preferred
- Experience with customer retention, cross-sell/upsell and/or analytical experience (B2B/B2C marketing and sales experience)
- Experience setting up/managing new technology stacks that integrate with incumbent toolsets and operations and/or be completely new to the ecosystem
- 3+ years of online, sales and/or marketing experience with focus on site and offer merchandising.
- Experience and familiarity with Asana or project-tracking tool, Salesforce, Abode Experience Manager or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms (e.g. Interaction Studio, Evergage, Personalization)
- Experience with website design and user experience flows
- Experience and thorough understanding of online marketing tactics and KPIs
- Familiar with agile methodology (SaFe, Scrum, Kanban or similar)
- Experience in telecommunications or high-tech environment
USD 88,300.00 - 147,100.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
