North Hills, NY. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in at least one ERP system, with a strong focus on the Nextworld platform. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing solutions tailored to meet the source of truth needs of automotive dealerships.We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERP Developer Team Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have specialized expertise in at least one ERP system, with a strong focus on the Nextworld platform. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in developing solutions tailored to meet the source of truth needs of automotive dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of developers working exclusively on the Nextworld platform to create innovative solutions for automotive dealerships.
- Collaborate with product partners to translate feature requests into highly functional ERP capabilities.
- Break down feature requests into smaller tasks and allocate them efficiently among team members.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize existing solutions to meet scaling needs and ensure optimal performance.
- Stay updated on new capabilities and features introduced in the Nextworld ERP platform and incorporate them into ongoing projects.
- Coordinate with other teams to allocate work based on expertise and streamline development processes.
- Foster collaboration among team members located across different time zones to ensure a 24-hour development cycle.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline and 6 years' experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as Master's degree and 4 years' experience, P.h.d. and 1 year of experience; or 18 years' experience in a related field.
- Extensive experience working with low-code ERP systems, with specialized expertise in at least one platform.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to think critically about complex technical challenges.
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Nextworld ERP platform is highly desirable.
USD 117,300.00 - 195,500.00 per year
Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $117,300.00 - $195,500.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
