What You'll Do You'll manage the development team's capabilities so we can deliver timely, high-quality products. Here's more on what you'll do:
- Drive release planning by defining solutions for validated market problems.
- Write detailed requirements and user stories.
- Maintaining a product backlog.
- Provide recommendations to scrum teams and partner with other stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define long-term strategy and market opportunities.
- Work closely with development teams to groom and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with stakeholder priorities.
Who You Are You're a skilled multitasker who enjoys collaborating with other technical teams to deliver quality products. Here's what else you bring to the table:
- Seeing the world through the eyes of our customers: shippers, brokers, and carriers
- Make product decisions that drive value on a daily basis while keeping customer needs in mind.
- Working with Product Managers, Business Leaders, and a cross-functional Scrum team to deliver the product to the Client.
- Establishing a regular cadence for communications for product stakeholders and executives to enable trust and transparency
- Lead standups, iteration planning sessions, retrospectives, and product demos
- Prioritization and maintenance of the product backlog and performs just-in-time story elaboration with the development team.
- Summarize complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders.
- Assess product performance against KPIs and make corrections to improve performance and regularly communicate performance of the product/experience to stakeholders and the organization
Minimum:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years of experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years of experience in a related field.
- Experience creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.
- The ability to manage the development lifecycle with the scrum team for multiple products.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge for SAFe Agile Methodology
- High-level understanding of engineering architecture with experience working with engineering teams to deliver products.
- Work experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
- Experience in working cross-functionally with a variety of different domains, including Engineering, Architecture, and Business Development.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that can be applied across a diverse set of audiences.
Preferred:
- Automotive industry experience
- Experience working with offshore scrum teams
- Experience with Rally, Mural, Figma

Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $88,300.00 - $147,100.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
