What You'll Do In a nutshell, you will champion established products or services, contributing to product strategy and managing the product backlog. You will:
- Guide product increment (PI) planning and manage backlog, ensuring execution aligns with strategy and requirements.
- Partner with product managers to understand and shape product roadmaps.
- Brainstorm ideas for product improvements and achieve KPIs.
- Lead multiple scrum teams to build, enhance and manage products, capabilities or services.
- Coordinate with other Agile product managers to deliver on a vision that crosses multiple delivery streams or release trains.
- Assess product performance against KPIs, implement improvements and report to stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize project requirements, negotiate with stakeholders and ensure changes are managed efficiently.
Who You Are You're a seasoned leader skilled at uniting teams to achieve results while staying focused on customers' needs. Here's the type of skills and experience that'll make you stand out:
Minimum:
- A bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years of experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year of experience; or 10 years of experience in a related field.
- A strong understanding of business, product performance and industry principles, practices and procedures.
- Experience with full product lifecycle methodologies, including knowledge of SAFe Agile methodology.
- Experience in design, development and implementation of product plans.
- Experience in creating, prioritizing and recommending epics and features.

Compensation:Compensation includes a base salary of $106,700.00 - $177,900.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.
Benefits:The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
