Location: Blodgett Hosptial, 1840 Wealthy St NE Grand Rapids, MI.
Starting at $17.60 per hour.
Temporary assignment ending September 28th, 2024.
Looking for self-driven and compassionate professionals. Responsibilities include trash and soiled linen bag removal, fulfilling patient requests for amenities such as warm blankets and water, assisting patients with ordering meals and removing meal trays once finished. Members must be committed to regular check-ins with patients, ensuring a high standard of care by promptly addressing needs. Other tasks include rolling isolation gowns and stocking isolation carts.
Job Summary
A Support Services Concierge is a hospitality professional who partners with the clinical teams to attends to the non-clinical needs of both patients and their clinical team. The goal of the concierge team is to create a comfortable, collaborative, and responsive experience for our patients and their visitors in a fast-paced hospital setting. Team members working in this role must be able to take initiative while maintaining flexibility in relation to the needs of the patients, families, and clinical teams.
