Responsibilities: We are looking for a ASC Director (RN Clinical Manager) to join our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) operations. As a Clinical RN, you will oversee the clinical and nursing care within the facility, and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory standards. This includes developing and revising policies, staffing plans and time schedules to optimize patient care delivery. You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with stakeholders, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance the quality and effectiveness of patient care. Additionally, this position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with regulations, fostering staff education and communication, and serving as a proactive advocate for patient safety and wellbeing.You'll develop a top performing team and inspire them toward achieving defined results. Education
- High School Diploma, High School Equivalency (HSE) or Completion of a CHS Approved Individualized Education Plan (IEP) Certificate required
- Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing required
- Bachelor's Degree and/or Master's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
- 3 years of experience in surgical/critical care required
- Previous nursing supervisory or management experience preferred
Licenses and Certifications
- RN - Current and valid Registered Nurse license to work within the state of California required
- BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
