Job Title : Sail point support Engineer
Location-(Fort Mill, SC )
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide support fix and remediate Level 2 (L2) operations issues using SailPoint IIQ solution
- Performs IAM technical operations support and development including IIQ configuration changes monitoring responding to server events gathering IAM statistics and performing general maintenance by working with L2 and L3 IAM personnel and application collaborators
- Perform QA testing of development changes in SailPoint IIQ technology and production implementations.
- Manage existing IAM infrastructure and work with help desk and other teams to solve and resolve/ fix issues and bugs. Perform after-hours work as needed for production issue resolutions validations and/or deployments.
- Work with IAM leaders Enterprise Architecture and Business teams to identify new areas where IAM can be used and enhance IAM capabilities to address new business needs.
- Work with the client daily for looking after SailPoint production environment and other maintenance activities
- Work with offshore team to coordinate on ticket closures and other support activities
- Work with engineering teams in upcoming deployments and getting proper KT for the support related activities
- Provide metrics to the client on a weekly basis by coming up with status reports
- Participate in calls with different customers for upgrades/maintenance activities
- Participate in design discussions with engineering teams and provide productive inputs/feedback
- Provide on-call support weekday/weekends as per the client requirements
