What You’ll Be Doing:
The digital marketing consultant will partner with client’s marketing and sales teams to drive innovation across digital marketing programs. This may include but not limited to understanding customer personas, mapping out customer journey, re-designing marketing processes/operating model, advising on personalization and omni-channel campaign strategy and performing marketing technology product evaluations. This customer facing strategic role requires the ability to listen and understand the client’s goals and issues, document the client’s needs, translate the identified needs into a comprehensive marketing strategy and execution roadmap.
Role Requirements:
-Lead consultative engagements including requirements gathering workshops on marketing business goals and challenges.
-Facilitate the alignment of requirements and future vision across multiple stakeholders.
-Document marketing use cases, current & future state marketing processes
-Develop and execute cross channel lead nurturing and remarketing strategy.
-Lead successful global and regional campaigns to maximize ROI and Customer Lifetime Value using marketing automation stack.
-Analyze, monitor and report on KPI related to marketing automation and campaign performance.
-Provide strategy on A/B testing to maximize results and provide recommendations on campaign optimization.
-Contribute to defining the client operating model, new roles and operating processes.
-Participate in pre-sales activities and client discussions.
-Stay current on evolving marketing technology platforms and capabilities in the MarTech ecosystem as it relates to marketing automation tools such as SFMC, Adobe Marketo, HubSpot, Braze etc. Social Listening tools such as Sprinkler, Brand watch etc. SEO tools such as bright edge, conductor etc., analytical tools such as GA, Adobe etc. and paid media tools such as Google AdWords, Facebook etc.
-Liaison with specific internal platform groups to assemble subject matter expertise needed to solve client challenges.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or information systems
-8+ years of marketing experience in both B2B and B2C organizations
-Experience planning and measuring customer lifetime value, campaign impact, customer engagement, and testing to optimize results.
-Ability to partner with analytics teams to build effective, automated, scalable, and important insights.
-Understanding of emerging consumer privacy and data regulations as it relates to marketing.
-Experience administering/managing marketing technology tools such as (Pardot, HubSpot, Marketo, SFMC, Adobe, Sprinklr, Google analytics, Google AdWords etc,)
-Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, and more)
-Experience launching Account Based Marketing (ABM) and engagement campaigns.
-Experience in demand generation, customer journey/lifecycle, lead scoring/routing & nurture journeys
-Knowledge of industry competitive offerings around Marketing Automation Platforms
-Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to effectively communicate with people from varying functional areas and levels of responsibility ranging from analysts to C-suite.
-Prior consulting experience is preferred.
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $108,000 and $135,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
