Location- Remote

Role and Responsibilities:

·Seeking an Application System Administrator with 10+ years of hands on experience. 
Experience in Infrastructure Administration, Design and Server configuration in Linux & windows.

·Should have hands on in software Installation and upgrades;

·As a Technical Lead you will be responsible for leading a team of support members providing technical guidance and ensuring the successful delivery. 

·You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in analyzing production issues and resolving them within the stipulated time.

·Should be a team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills.

·Should be able to support applications in an onsite/offshore model, working closely with the offshore team members with proper handover and takeover.
Existing application knowledge should be shared with other team members for a smooth delivery; 

·Should be able to identify improvement areas and come up with possible automation solution or process improvements;

Salary and Other Compensation:

Application will be accepted until 3/27/2024.

The annual salary for this position is between $52,000 - $115,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
