Roles/ResponsibilitiesPoint of Sale, Payments Production Support Lead - Lead Hands on Technical consultant Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Requests, Application Monitoring and Tuning.Leads day to day Store Support & Technical Operations24 x 7 Store Support (Global Stores) planning & executionPrimary POC for SLA Measurement & ReportingLeads WSR, MSR and QBR meetings and reporting with customers.Leads Forward planning for Key Events, Peak Season support.Responsible for Major Incident Management and Technical RCAExecution Lead for reduction in overall Incidents, Service Requests, Non-Ticketed workPrimary SME for Applications Support – POS, Payments, Selling applications.Support for Typical Operations - Physical Inventory, Inventory Adjustments, Year End Activities, Reconciliation, Foundations PLUs accuracy, Receipt header footer, Printer and Peripherals managementResponsible for SOP Creation & ExecutionSupport for Application Packaging, Release Management, Production Monitoring & Tools StrategySupport for Automation initiatives through point solutions/Scripts or enterprise grade solutions like UiPath, Automation AnywhereMaintains ROI for Automation delivered by support team to customers.Collaborate with observability teams to create POS Dashboards on Splunk or any other APM.Liaisons with local Vendors - Hardware (Store Servers, Store IT Rack Equipment, Registers, Mobile Devices)
Required QualificationsRetail Point of Sale, Payments Production Support Lead10+ Years Experience in Retail Application SupportLanguage Support: Excellent Written and Orals skillsMust Have Point of Sale (On premise and Cloud), Payments ExperienceAptos POS, Appbuilder, Adyen Payments, POS Images.NET, AWS, NoSQL, Shell ScriptingExperience with Apple and Zebra mobility devices running POS, SIM, Fulfilment apps
