What you’ll do:
Monitoring different dashboards
- Patient Access
- Formulary
- Provider Directory Medicare
- Provider Directory Medicaid
- Demo
- Payer to Payer
- Access Authorization
- Developer portal registrations
- CA Commercial file transfers
- GCP looker studio
- Analyzing 3rd party vendors’ issues.
- Responding to 3rd party vendors’ emails with the resolution.
- Arranging working sessions and resolving 3rd party vendor issues.
- Arranging meetings with different backend systems and other stake holders such as architects, integration architects, business, and other prod support teams to resolve the issues.
- Identifying the post-production defects and assigning to the train teams.
- Helping offshore team as and when required.
- Deployments such as key rotation in prod.
- Taking care of Concept files download and upload and addressing if there are any issues.
- Attending Scrum teams’ daily calls.
- Working with Google team to resolve any GCP related issues.
- Providing suggestions to train teams for better documentation.
- Incident management in SNOW.
- Updating and refreshing the Quick Base Interop app with the incidents.
- Writing splunk queries based on the requirement which eases issue analysis and different report generation.
- Setting up Splunk alerts.
- Working with and providing suggestions to the Splunk team while creating new dashboards and updating existing dashboards.
- Setting up Topaz alerts with the help of Topaz team.
- Working with 1UP external team as part of Payer to Payer.
- Working on Automation.
- Setting up APIs in the Postman to recreate the issues.
- Creating monthly reports to present to Nathan.
- Sending Daily status report email to the leadership.
- Initiating and coordinating IRTs.
Preferred experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge in;
- APIC
- IIB
- Datapower
- GCP knowledge
- SQL
- Rest API
- Powershell (Good To Have)
- Ability to write queries in Splunk and alert configurations.
- SME knowledge in FHIR standards.
- In depth knowledge in HL7 formats and Interoperability program.
- Knowledge in identifying relationship among different resources such as Organization, Practitioner, EOB etc..
- Microservices
- Advanced English
