Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled QEA Testing Engagement Manager - BFS who will be responsible for Overall testing delivery lead primarily accountable for testing service delivery.

Experience in Quality Engineering, Performance Testing and Engineering, Test Data Management, Release Management, Environment Management, Stake holder management

Roles & Responsibilities

·Planning, execution, and delivery of projects in Quality Engineering, Performance Testing and Engineering and Test Data Management

·Oversee and identify gaps in Release Management, Environment Management

·Manage various stakeholders in including clients.

·Collaborate and communicate with cross functional teams.

·Communicate progress to stake holders.

·Identify and mitigate risks.

·Strong leadership and communication skills.

·Define and implement metrics for continuous improvement and optimization.

Required Qualifications:

·Experience in Quality Engineering tools including but not limited to Java, Selenium, BDD Cucumber, Services Testing in Derivatives, Trading & Settlement Domain.

·Exposure/experience to Performance Testing and Engineering concepts and tools like JMeter, Load Runner, Hammer, Dynatrace, Splunk and other APM tools

·Knowledge / experience in Cloud environment

·Exposure to Test Data Management

·Experience in Release Management, Environment Management and Stake holder management

·Experience in management reporting and metrics

·Solid exp in Agile concepts and JIRA / other relevant tools (SharePoint, confluence)

Preferred Skills/Qualification:

·Experience in Large scale Projects
