Position Responsibilities:
Power Apps Architect
We are seeking the Microsoft Modern Workplace Solutions Technical Lead who is responsible for designing, creating, and supporting to grow our modern workplace footprint and assist in growing key accounts. The Lead will be focused on designing the Microsoft workplace solutions, maintaining and improving the security posture of environments, continuous monitoring of system health, and troubleshooting issues that arise. The specialist will also work as a lead engineer when migrating or onboarding new clients into Microsoft services that have a more highly technical demand. Will have experience in leading teams and working in large projects involving multiple large farms.
·Lead systems to meet functional and non-functional infrastructure requirements. Create / review of architecture design packages. Review and approve engineering design packages.
·Implementation and best practices for Office 365/SharePoint Online standalone and hybrid scenarios.
·Ensure proper oversight for quality assurance of engineering artifacts.
·Design and implementation of federated SharePoint services and service applications in a distributed farm architecture
·Guidance of engineering staff throughout construction phase.
·Evangelize re-use through implementation of shared engineering assets.
·Enforce adherence to architectural standards/principles, global product-specific guidelines, usability design standards, etc.
·Proactively provide feedback regarding infrastructure engineering methodologies, standards and leading practices.
·Demonstrates in-depth, technical SharePoint Online, 2013/2016/2019 and subject matter expertise, PowerApps, Flows, SPFx, React, Teams and Bot Framework.
·Will be involved in defining solutions based on detailed customer requirements.
·Minimize technical exposure and risk on projects. Understanding of how SharePoint architecture maps onto an Azure IaaS/Paas implementation, including best practices.
·Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing projects from initiation to closure This includes defining project scope objectives and deliverables developing project plans and schedules allocating resources managing project budgets and ensuring successful project execution.
·You will also be responsible for stakeholder management risk management and quality assurance Additionally you will provide leadership and guidance to project teams ensuring effective communication and collaboration Your role will involve working closely with cross functional teams clients and senior management to ensure project success.
Position Qualifications:
·Total years of exp 12+ and relevant exp 7 to 8 yrs.
·Experience in designing and creating custom entities and relationships between those entities.
·Experience in handling multiple security roles with data segregation.
·Strong hand on experience in developing ModelDriven Apps and Canvas Apps integrating other instances Dataverse.
·Experience of software development using Microsoft Net C JSON and jQuery.
·Experience in developing automations using Power Automate Experience in handling huge volumes of data for better performance and scalability.
·Experience in using third party tools to configure customize monitor and troubleshoot the PowerApps.

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $[109,520– 145,030] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
