Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in TALEND ETL Snowflake and ETL processes. Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving our data integration and transformation initiatives ensuring high-quality data solutions that support our business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of ETL processes using TALEND ETL to ensure efficient data integration.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of data pipelines in Snowflake to support business analytics.
• Provide technical expertise in ETL processes to optimize data flow and transformation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for data solutions.
• Ensure data quality and integrity by implementing robust validation and error-handling mechanisms.
• Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Monitor and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure timely and accurate data delivery.
• Implement best practices for data governance and security in ETL processes.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize and manage data integration projects.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in ETL and data integration.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in TALEND ETL and Snowflake.
• Demonstrate expertise in designing and implementing ETL processes.
• Have a solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
• Show proficiency in SQL and data modeling.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
