We are currently looking for a SR Quality Engineer to work in a project for one of the biggest finance companies in the World.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and delivery of test plans to ensure product quality, using sound test engineering skills
• Test based on the development methodology
• Identify the test scope and co-ordinates the test environment set-up
• Develop documents and analyzes test cases and provides feedback and recommendations for product or design changes
• Contribute in internal quality control standards and the maintenance of reliability programs
• Develop relationships with other engineering groups to evaluate, recommend and implement testing procedures for products, systems, components or modification

Necessary skills and experience required:

• Good understanding of testing lifecycle and agile frameworks
• Developed knowledge of Quality Management techniques
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, IT, or related field and 5-8 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in testing concepts/standards & Agile methodology
• Good understanding on Automation Testing concepts.
• Hands-on experience authoring, building and adopting large-scale, automation frameworks with well-balanced coverage across UI, functional, API and back-end integration (including end-to-end automation) and experience with different test automation approaches (including BDD and hybrid).
• Hands on experience in any of the technology stacks (Java / .NET / JavaScript or Python) supporting microservices and experience in Selenium, Postman or similar
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience and knowledge of Azure DevOps or any relevant defect management tool and CI/CD.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skill.
• Good knowledge of KPIs and metrics
• Experience in customer facing roles

Shift: Monday to Friday, 9hs a 18hs. Hybrid - Full Time.
