We are currently looking for a Cloud Partner Activation Manager to be part of a project for one of the biggest IT companies in the world.
What do we value?
The Global Activation team is responsible for developing and delivering Cloud GTM activations to partners. The person in this role will be responsible for working with the Global Activation team and Regional Lead to execute the go-to-market strategy at scale with partners.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop deep understanding of the partner’s business in region and identify which activations are relevant for partners to execute and adapt where necessary.
· Prepare and train the Partner Advisors to introduce Cloud activations successfully to partners and serve as the activation SME to the advisor teams.
· Communicate and drive adoption of the resources available to the Partner Advisors to drive success with Cloud activations.
· Track and report out partner engagement and execution with Cloud activations.
· Partnering with regional leadership to identify areas of opportunity for driving solutions with advisory managed partners.
· Collaborate with the Global Activation team to prepare Partner Advisors to introduce and drive execution of the Cloud activations with partners.
· Drive a thoughtful measure of execution across revenue, program, and capability building activations.
· Track and report out partner engagement and revenue with the Cloud activations.
· Function as a conduit between Partner Advisors and the Global Activation team to communicate key regional successes, challenges, and develop an action plan to continuously improve.
· Provide feedback or insights on regional partner activation execution with specific recommendations to improve the partner experience.
· Engage with other regional Activation Managers to identify and implement recommendations to improve how the organization executes more efficiently at scale.
Necessary skills and experience required:
· 3 – 4 yrs relevant experience working in a go-to-market capacity with Cloud services
· Advanced level in English and Portuguese is a MUST
· Experience working with partners - specifically executing go-to-market activities at scale.
· Strong analytical skills (proficient with spreadsheet formulas and basic pivot tables)
