Role: .NET Lead Engineer (Hands-on)
Work experience required: 8 - 10yrs
Skill set: .Net Core, Entity Framework, SQL Server, UI Framework (Vue, Angular, React, etc)
Required Skills:
·Must have at least 8 years of professional software development experience, including 3 years of developing web applications using ASP. NET Core , Entity Framework, LINQ
·Must have at least 3 years of JavaScript front-end development experience. Experience with Vue Js is a plus.
·Microsoft SQL Server – Including custom queries, stored procedures, indexing, etc.
·Experience with consuming, developing, deploying, and supporting RESTful Web APIs and/or web services is highly desired.
·Familiar with different software development methodologies and concepts such as design patterns, continuous integration, and delivery (CI/CD), unit tests, TDD.
Desired Skills:
ØExperience working for Health care domain
ØExperience working with high end technology product development environment
Responsibilities:
ØManages, organizes, mentors, motivates and delegates tasks to a team of talented software engineers;
ØDesign and code high quality deliverables adhering to defined standards and design principles
ØCreate unit tests and ensure code coverage is met as per the agreed standards
ØAssumes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of the team’s deliverables;
ØProvide .NET and database based solutions by studying existing technology architecture; analyzing browser compatibility techniques; evaluating solution alternatives; developing prototypes; and writing detailed technical requirements;
ØFosters a culture of continuous improvement in all areas of technology and instills the principles of this culture in a team.
ØEnsures that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines;
ØProvides detailed and timely status updates to management;
ØHelps establish and enhance development policies, procedures, and standards and enforces their implementation upon their team of developers;
ØMaintains technical knowledge and understanding of the latest development methodologies and best practices by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, and participating in professional organizations;
ØEnsures quality and consistency throughout the architecture and implementation of the code base;
ØActs as a highly competent advisor to their manager, leads and team
