An award winning pediatric hospital is looking for a Behavioral Health Registered Nurse Clinical Lead to join their team.

The Clinical Leader will oversee administrative and patient care services nursing decision-making during weekends, evening, and night shifts. The supervisor will communicate issues to administrator, program manager, or appropriate personnel. The Clinical Leader will direct patient care services and other staff in the management and resolution of emergent and crises. They will manage and oversee hospital operations during designated shift. They will be in charge of assessing individual patient, parent, and unit needs as necessary to direct staff and resolve issues. The Clinical Leader will assess staffing needs for patient care and distribute resources and personnel where needed. The Clinical Leader will evaluate nursing staff performance in situations and provide input to written evaluations as requested. They will coordinate and direct patient throughout admission, transfer, and discharge to ensure patient and family needs are met promptly.
