The RN Manager Inpatient Adult Behavioral Health will help lead an experienced team through all day to day operations across the inpatient adult psych unit. This Nurse Manager will assist with department staffing, educational needs, orientation, budgeting, resource management, and ensuring highest quality of patient care delivery. This RN Manager will also be responsible for fostering a positive work environment, participating in quality and performance improvement initiatives, and ensuring all hospital, local, state, and federal rules and regulations are upheld across multiple departments.
