The Administrative Director Emergency Services will report to the Chief Nursing Officer and will have oversight of the overall operational, clinical alignment, financial and overall performance of Emergency Services, providing strategic direction to meet the needs of the facility and regional market place.  The Administrative Director Emergency Services is responsible for:

• Long range strategic planning of the department
• Development of the annual operating and capital budgets
• Maintaining staff productivity levels and staff development
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance
• Effective Customer Service/ Patient Experience program
