As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Unit, you will provide care to patients undergoing cardiovascular surgery. An RN in our Q5 Unit will learn to provide direct nursing care, administer prescribed medications, prepare patient care plans, and perform thorough bedside daily rounds. Work alongside seasoned nurses who are eager to educate and coach new graduates. What to expect during your residency program: • A success coach will be available 24/7. • Weekly check-ins to ensure personal and professional goals are met. • Personal assessments to determine areas for growth and opportunity. • 10 to 12 weeks of orientation along with 10 residency days throughout the first year.
