JOB DESCRIPTION

We Build with Passion- Clean Harbors Kimball, NE NEW Incineration unit is seeking a Incineration Operator- Compliance Inspector. Responsible for evaluating and documenting compliance requirements for the Incineration Area to maintain regulatory requirements defined in Regulatory Operating Permits and Federal/State Regulations. Position will cross-train to support incineration group and assist in Subpart BB audits as necessary. Day Shift -Monday thru Friday, 45 hour week, overtime requires prior approval.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Daily Compliance Inspections and documenting/reporting
• 2 x daily area observations requiring correction to maintain compliance
• Daily, Weekly, Monthly Monitoring (Hydrocarbon, PSV) as required
• Weekly Opacity Monitoring
• Subpart BB/LDAR Monitoring
• Maintain proper LDAR tag information & ensure correlation to P&ID's (audits may be completed as required)
• Compliance training for incineration operators
• Development and implementation of area and SOP training as schedule allows
• Other Compliance Inspections/Monitoring that may be required as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• HS Degree/GED required
• Valid US DL Required
• Knowledge of DOT and EPA laws/regulations (preferred)
• Ability to work well in team environment
• Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Proficient understanding of math, chemistry, and chemical testing
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (required) and AutoCAD (preferred)
• This is 100% Onsite in Kimball, NE, No Remote Work
