The National Product Line (NPL) Leader is responsible for the aggressive and consistent growth in revenue for a particular line of business, as assigned, with a strong focus on operations for the line of business in question, and a supporting role in sales.

- Responsible for the revenue growth for the particular line of business as assigned. Revenue growth must be aggressive and meet corporate and organizational targets and must be consistent from year to year.
- Exercise program oversight for revenue quality and margin performance of the line of business as assigned.
- Identify new revenue streams including ancillary revenue streams.
- Analyze ongoing business for gaps, deficiencies, and opportunities to improve margin, including reviewing competitive trends, markets trends, quoting trends vs the market, and contractual review, and ultimate responsibility for margin improvement for the respective line of business.
- Ultimately responsible for updating internal system pricing and costing as it relates to labor, equipment and materials, including making recommendations to management on a regular and consistent basis.
- Monitor and report Line of Business performance by vertical, by region and by business unit where each manager has budgeted expectations of producing revenues within each branch of the LOB.
- Collaboration with sales personnel to assist in meeting budgeted goals and expectations for the strategic growth for a particular line of business.
- Provide expert resources to assist field sales and vertical sales in sales support and with technical sales support.
- Responsible for delivering the value proposition for the assigned line of business as defined by senior leadership and corporate marketing, including working with other LOBs, SMEs and sales personnel to drive the value proposition.
- If applicable, work with the facility operations personnel in understanding both immediate and future plant disposal needs; Develop timely internal and external programs to meet the consistently changing needs of the plants; Consistently manage pricing vs volume requirements.
- Conduct complex and sensitive assignments from senior management for the line of business.
- Execute and assist in the development of process controls and policies for the line of business.
- Responsible for coordination of the schedule for the Facilities and assets
- Responsible for ensuring accurate and relevant data collection and Coordination of data packages to clients and relevant LOB leaders.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required preferably in Science, Engineering or Business.
- Knowledge of technical, system, operational, marketing, and an in-depth understanding of the competitors and their capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Access system.
- Master’s degree preferred in Business Administration.
- 10 years’ experience in financial management, operations, or business development.
- 5 years direct or 7 years indirect experience in industrial services project management.
- Proven track records of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Ability to analyze data as it relates to the revenue and margin improvement opportunities.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Ability to translate financial and statistical data into understandable terms for line managers.
- Ability to organize action items into ongoing and sustainable programs and Operational Planning.
- Ability to understand an issue and address and resolve strategically.
- Experience in environmental industry or related industries preferred.
- Must be able to clearly communicate and collaborate with other line of business leaders, subject matter experts and sales.
- Ability to travel up to 50%. Must be at the corporate office as needed.
